This much loved villa was in desperate need of an exterior refresh, bringing new life to a local kindergarten housed inside. The exterior weatherboards were restored and repainted in a fresh heritage inspired colour.

The roof was replaced with long-run steel while the veranda was tidied up keeping the charm of the property intact.

This project was all about making the space feel sadfe, clean and inviting while staying true to the villa's original style.
